Start the Day By Lifting Your Eyes To The Hills!

  1. Take five deep calming breaths, and exhale to blow out all the problems of the world!
  2. Now take three more deep breaths noting the picture’s features:
    1. Breath #1: The rising shaft of the rainbow  sending your spirit souring!
    2. Breath #2: The intricacy of the Teepee shelter frame pointing skyward!
    3. Breath #3: The fleeing rain clouds are revealing the pure blue sky!
